**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food service, cashiering, and assisting with food preparation.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using a POS system.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and kitchen counters.
- Provide assistance to kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cashiering and basic math skills is essential for handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help both customers and team members are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
