The Unicité building in Montreal, is currently looking for a resident janitor for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be available to respond to emergencies
- Be on call every other week
- Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required
- Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas
- Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and pool, gym
- Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Maintain property spaces and systems
- Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces
- Other Related Tasks
- Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
- Preparation of vacant apartments
- Show potential tenants the apartments and collect rents
- Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years
- DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
