**Food Service Manager**

**Lockheed Martin - Ottawa, ON**

**Monday to Thursday Day Shift**

**Job Duties**
- Provides excellent customer service, in a Cafeteria Style setting; addresses customer concerns in a professional manner; implement and respond to inquires as required
- Prepare grab and go items, luncheon caterings and lite meal offerings
- Ensures areas are safe, clean and well-organized to meet all customer, client and company needs
- Follows all Health & Safety and Company policies and procedures and guidelines
- Cash handling, front of the house coverage
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years in a food service setting required
- Solid knowledge of food service principals, processes, procedures, policies, directives and guidelines
- Good proficiency and experience with word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (MS Excel), company software and database programs
- Effective communications and organizational skills
- Maintains incoming supplier invoices and files
- Ability to maintain confidentiality where mandated or required, particularly as it relates to company business, financial and employee / HR information
- Solid knowledge of customer service skills to ensure excellent customer service to client and customers
- Ability to lead, co-ordinate and supervise the completion of work, providing day-to-day oversight
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate would be an asset
- Current CPR, First Aid and WHMIS Training would be an asset
- Successful Government Clearance will be required

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Food service: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
