**Job Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Safely load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install eavestroughs, downspouts, fascia, and soffits according to specifications.
- Operate gutter machines and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Remove and replace existing gutter systems and related components as required.
- Install end caps, outlets, corners, splash guards, and other necessary fittings.
- Inspect completed work to ensure proper alignment, sealing, and functionality.
- Work at heights while maintaining strict adherence to ladder safety and fall protection protocols.
- Identify and report any job site hazards or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform site cleanup after every project.
- Provide before-and-after photos of completed jobs when required.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members to ensure high-quality service.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to installation tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
