**Location**

Pincher Creek is located in the southwestern corner of Alberta at the Eastern edge of the Rocky Mountains. While agriculture and natural gas production remain important to Pincher Creek’s economy, a growing number of wind energy projects give it the name the “Wind Capital of Canada”. Pincher Creek is in close proximity to Waterton Lakes National Park, The Crowsnest Pass, and Castle Provincial Park. If skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, riding, boating, golfing, or biking interests you this is an excellent location to build a practice.

**Qualifications**
- have 3-5 years experience as a general solicitor (Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate work specifically)
- have an interest in and aptitude for business development.
- be a member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
- be team-oriented

**Compensation**

North and Company has a strong total compensation package. We pay competitive salaries for our market and provide medical, dental, prescription drug, life insurance, critical illness, short term disability, long term disability, Health Spending Account, RRSP matching, and an associate bonus program.

Willing to provide relocation bonus if required.
