The primary focus of this position is to serve our customers while working to ensure technicians are scheduled as efficiently as possible. Our Customer Service Group (CSG) handles inquiries and scheduling for all seven of our offices located throughout Ontario.

**Customer Service - Scheduler Responsibilities**:

- Schedule routine service work to achieve maximum efficiency
- Schedule emergency service calls
- Assist service technicians with site information
- Address customer service inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Pre-appointment contacting of customers to confirm appointment, terms etc.
- Address incoming customer inquiries
- First call resolution
- Answering incoming calls

**Customer Service - Scheduler Requirements**:

- Self-motivated
- Excellent analytical, Communications and Interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
