We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager Administrator to support our global teams and evolve the AEM environment to best deliver our content strategy and enhance the customer experience in a scalable manner, with the vision of creating one Thomson Reuters’ digital experience to support the TR global website portfolio.

The CMS Administrator (AEM) has primary responsibility for the content and assets structure, authoring configuration and user permissions to support the day-to-day content and authoring needs in the enterprise content management system (Adobe Experience Manager) underpinning TR websites globally. The CMS Admin will closely partner with the information architect, content strategists, authoring teams, technology teams to build and maintain a scalable authoring environment and engaging customer experiences.

About the Role:
In the role of AEM administrator you will:

- Implement and maintain global MSM structures and permissions defined by the Information architect, including folder and content structures, fragments, assets, blueprints, etc.- Optimize and maintain site configurations to align with taxonomy, analytics and audience management to enable scalable, global authoring best practices.- Validate that any new functionality meets business and authoring requirements, gets tested and implemented as required in a scalable manner.
- Administrative tasks may include:

- Manage and control AEM tags by creating and modifying when required the tags and namespaces.
- Build and manage new users, author configurations, and their permissions groups and levels.- Setup configurations correctly to use Experience and Content fragments in sites
- Prepare AEM setup and configuration for the migration of new sites.
- Create, execute and share reports for tags, users, pages, usage, dam, assets, components
- Provide documentation, training and communication in the following areas:

- Document procedures for building, configuring and managing AEM features and components.
- Train authors on the usage of new AEM authoring console tools and functionalities, and train business team members and partners on proper usage of the AEM platform and best practices.
- Work as liaison between business and development, understanding the business requirements, and translating them to the developers.
- When required, update tickets with necessary information to support authors and developers. When required, attend meetings with developer to troubleshoot issues.
- Design and implement policies and procedures for communicating and alerting stakeholders and platform users (authors) about AEM issues or impacts.

**About you**:
You're a fit for the AEM Administrator ole if you have:

- BS or BA degree in information systems, computer science or related work experience.
- 3+ years of strong Web Content Management experience with knowledge of Web Content Authoring (AEM 6.0+ Touch UI) in MSM with editable templates, content fragments, dialogs, widgets, and bundles and experience with style system, layout, and dynamic content, blueprints and rollout configurations. As well as language translation features enabled through AEM.
- 3+ years with AEM DAM and building and managing workflows, configuration and tagging.
- Experience with maintaining an AEM implementation, including enhancement implementations, admin console functionalities, cloud configurations, features and capabilities of AEM product such us: tags, launches, versions and personalization, CVs reports and filters.
- Familiarity with integrating AEM/CQ5 with Adobe Products like Campaign, Target, Analytics and other products and vendors, and experience working with web analytics and real time personalization frameworks, optimization and performance tuning.
