Construction Foreman

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site personnel.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to facilitate effective communication.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and management software (ProCore, Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $24.78-$35.27 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
