**As a new Housekeeping Team Member you will**:
- Handle Resident’s personal items with care and respect
- Comfortable lifting 20-25 lbs
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members
- Be available to work alternating weekends
- Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team
- Support and embrace our resident-centred social culture
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home setting
