**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pharmacy and Customer Service
- Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy
- Ensure all privacy requirements are met, including, customer confidentiality and consent management
- Be clearly identifiable to the public
- Conduct clinical services (e.g. Medication reviews, Minor ailments, Injections, counselling, etc.)
