**What You’ll Do**
- Design, implement, and manage network and security solutions, including Aruba/HP switching.
- Configure and maintain OSPF and BGP routing protocols to ensure optimal network performance.
- Manage Palo Alto firewalls, with a focus on Panorama.
- Oversee and manage internal and external certificates workflow.
- Perform comprehensive network troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain network and security documentation, including diagrams and policies.
- Monitor network performance and implement necessary improvements to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and security across systems.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network and security administration.
- Assist with ticket escalation.
**Who You Are**:
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in network and security administration in a corporate environment.
- Active certifications in CCNA and Palo Alto PCNSA.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba/HP/Cisco switching.
- Strong expertise in configuring and managing OSPF and BGP protocols.
- Proficiency in certificate issuance and management.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications such as CCNP and PCNSE.
- Experience with other networking technologies and platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud-based networking and security solutions.
- Working knowledge of LibreNMS, Netbox, and PRTG.
