All Retail Sales Associates will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about products offered and working collaboratively with their coworkers to provide superior customer service. Retail Sales Associates will share the common goal of maximising sales through positive guest interactions and strategic sales techniques, and work under the directive of their manager to meet sales goals and boost KPI's.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Available to work Full Time from December 9th - January 5th
- Connect with every customer to ensure they feel welcome in the store
- Deliver superior customer service and create a memorable guest experience while maintaining sales goals
- Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete transactions in accordance with company policy
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets of the store
- Follow directives of management to increase KPI's and meet sales goals
- Take cash payments in accordance with established company cash handling policy
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the stores offerings in order to personalize product recommendations for each and every customer
- Assist with regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Ensure that the sales floor is neat, and that merchandise is attractively displayed
- Assist with restocking the sales floor
- Assist with maintaining the stockroom and preparing inventory for the floor
- Assist with the receiving and processing of shipments as necessary
- Maintain a familiarity and working knowledge of the show and the content featured
- Maintain a familiarity of product locations both in the stockroom and on the sales floor
