**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Auto Insurance Broker to provide exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with our team to assess clients' needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. This full-time permanent position offers a great opportunity to grow within our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to assess their auto insurance needs and provide personalized coverage options
- Process driver license and policy renewals and changes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and assistance
- Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall company goals

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Level 1 or Auto Only Insurance license with IWS Certification
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Positive, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
