Know how to bake.

Need to be available Monday

Be responsible for all aspects of managing the bakery.

Provide leadership in the bakery and a commitment to excellence.

Work with passionate and committed people.

Manage a small business and a high performing team as well as the team schedules

Create a positive environment that promotes teamwork and allows staff to work towards a common goal

Ensure customer service and instore customer experience is exceptional and maintaining our Brand standards.

**Requirements**:
Understanding financial metrics in the business

Problem solver

Interpersonal skills to develop and retain staff

Exceptional customer service skills

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
