Nail Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform classic, gel, and acrylic nail services, including shaping, polishing, and nail art.
- Provide high-quality foot and hand care, including callus removal and cuticle treatments.

Specialized Nail Services:

- Create custom nail art designs tailored to clients preferences.

Client Consultation:

- Recommend nail care products and services based on client needs.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance.

Sanitation:

- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilize according to health and safety standards.

Customer Service:

- Build strong client relationship by providing exceptional service and remembering clients preferences.
- Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- License/Certification: Certified Nail Technician licensed by the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (CANB) or equivalent that can be transferable.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years in professional nail services preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in gel, acrylic, and nail art techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and products in nail care.

Language: Proficiency in English ( required) French is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
