**About the Role**

This role involves both **clinical and administrative leadership** — including overseeing team-related inquiries, conducting psychological assessments and prescreenings under the supervision of a registered psychologist, and ensuring accuracy and quality in clinical documentation and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **psychological assessments, prescreenings, and intakes** under clinical supervision.
- **Write comprehensive psychological reports**, integrating test findings, behavioral observations, and clinical impressions.
- **Proofread and edit psychological reports** to ensure accuracy, coherence, and professional quality.
- Manage **team-related inquiries**, scheduling, and task coordination to support smooth clinic operations.
- Assist in administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized psychometric measures.
- Ensure all case documentation and data entry meet confidentiality and clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with supervising psychologists to review cases, update progress, and ensure quality of care.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and clinical discussions to enhance assessment and formulation skills.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in **Clinical Psychology** ( even WES-validated is preferred).
- **Some experience** conducting psychological assessments, interviews, or clinical intakes.
- **Experience in MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident)** or insurance-related psychological assessments is _strongly preferred_.
- Proven skills in **report writing, proofreading, and psychological data integration**.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with psychometric tools considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
