Service Plumber needed for a busy high rise commercial plumbing company. Piping and valve replacements, drain cleaning (snaking, flushing), finding leaks, shutting down buildings, risers and drain camera work. Backflow licence would be a asset.. 24/7 on call required every 5 weeks paying overtime. Very good benefits package. Clean trucks provided. Great atmosphere for a medium sized company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute piping and valve replacements with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct drain cleaning tasks, including snaking and flushing.
- Identify and repair leaks, ensuring the integrity of plumbing systems.
- Perform building shutdowns and maintenance on risers.
- Utilize drain camera equipment for inspection and diagnostics.
- Possess or acquire a Backflow license (considered an asset).
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, responding promptly to emergency service calls.
- Uphold safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Plumber certification.
- Proven experience in high-rise commercial plumbing.
- Proficiency in piping and valve replacements, drain cleaning, and leak detection.
- Familiarity with drain camera equipment and techniques.
- Backflow license (considered an asset).
- Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule with overtime availability.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
