If the thought of building everything from robots to rockets excites you, try pairing that with the idea that you will have the freedom to build NordSpace's first rocket factory. ‍ **Qualifications**: 2+ years of experience in fabrication and manufacturing of mechanical systems, including welding Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or related field Significant experience designing and building mechanical systems, ideally with a portfolio of personal projects Significant experience with fabricating mechanical systems with machining tools such as lathes, mills, CNCs, 3D printers, welders and with materials such as metal tubes and sheets, carbon fiber, and plastics Significant knowledge of and deep passion for the space industry at large Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct independent research Excellent English communication skills Excellent project management skills This is a full-time in-person role at our head office in Markham
