SJ Renovations is looking for reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious individuals to join our growing team as a Construction Worker. This is a great opportunity to be part of a skilled and supportive crew working on a variety of residential and commercial renovation projects. We welcome an experienced laborer with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of renovation tasks: framing, drywall, flooring, painting, trim, minor electrical/plumbing, etc.
- Finish legal basement units from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local building codes
- Follow project plans, drawings, and scopes of work
- Work independently and take full ownership of on-site tasks
- Communicate with the owner regarding progress, issues, and material requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Occasionally coordinate with licensed trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Previous construction or general labor experience is required.
- Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Dependable with strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
