**CARETAKERS FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS**

**Five Star Building Maintenance **provides full building maintenance, building management, concierge, caretaker and janitorial services. We are 100% Canadian and have been a leader in the industry for 20 years.

We are currently hiring **CARETAKERS** for our high-end residential strata buildings.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Keep the Strata Building common areas clean and tidy
- Clean common areas in the building (lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, and lounges, etc.) as well as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming
- Monitor security cameras and property goings-on
- Coordination of move in/out
- Program and update fobs
- Provide access to contractors/vendors as required and directed by Property/Strata/Building Manager
- Prepare correspondence and other miscellaneous tasks as needed

**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
Start Date: As soon as possible
Locations: Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday/Sunday; daytime shifts will vary; evening hours also available

This position is a live-out position, and does not offer accommodation.

**WE REQUIRE**

Strong Customer Service skills

Organized self-starter with excellent work ethic and good work habits
Previous experience in residential or Strata buildings is an asset
Individuals who enjoy and take pride in their work and who can work with little or no supervision
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check.
- If you take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and have a great work ethic, you will do fantastic in this role.
- Successful employees must be polite, dedicated and responsible.
