We Are Currently Hiring for full-time and part-time positions for Winkler location

**Job description**

**what we look for in individuals.**
- Confident and comfortable in learning and conversing about all types of cannabis products + e-cigarette products.
- Provide a positive vibe to customers and lead them through the flamingo experience.
- Processing payments for all transactions of goods and product, issue receipts, refunds), credits and change (POS System), complete inventory counts.
- Establish knowledge about pricing of high selling product and comparable products.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Verify customer age and identification, while maintaining confidentiality
- Continue to enhance knowledge of cannabis and contuses learning throughout employment.
- Unpack, sort, and count all shipments.
- Maintain the sanitization and cleanliness of the store
- Assist the Manager / Assistant Manager with other tasks
- Other duties as assigned

**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE**
- Manitoba Smart Choices Certificate
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone manner
- One to Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, in the customer service industry
- Must be able to provide exemplary customer service and knowledgeable service
- Must be able to pass a full background and security screening check
- Must be 19 years or older with valid Identification
- Build and maintain cannabis knowledge and stay current with industry research and trends
- Have a strong passion for or interest for cannabis
- Must have a flexible schedule, able to work nights and weekends

**Job Types**:Full Time

**Salary**: $13.50 to 14.00 during trial period.

**Benefits**:

Pay: $15.30-$15.75 per hour

- Weekends as needed

- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 2 years (required)
- customer service: 2 years (required)
- sales: 2 years (preferred)
