The Director, Corporate Partnerships will oversee the Corporate Sales team and is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual sales goals, developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, and providing vision for all sales strategies and their execution. The Director, Corporate Partnerships will also work closely with each department at Senators Sports & Entertainment to ensure revenue generation amongst all product lines is a top organizational priority in an ongoing manner.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist with the creation of strategic sales objectives & strategies for Senators Sports & Entertainment
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the Corporate Sponsorship and Partnership team
- Fiscally responsible for ensuring all budgets under his or her control are maintained
- Assist with developing and managing Business Development, M&E and related expenses
- Assist with developing and managing annual compensation budget - fixed and variable (performance based)
- Help to establish and administer policies, guidelines and procedures for the sponsorship & partnership department
- Responsible for the pricing strategies for all corporate programs
- Monitors sales activity and revenue attainment on a weekly basis
- Ensure team members are coached and have the necessary skill development.
- Hold account managers accountable to required standard of performance
- Assist with the development of annual sales plans and specific programs including but not limited to, sponsorships\
- Develop and manage sales pipeline and activity metrics and reporting
- Participate in the inventory management process for overall corporate properties to maximize revenue and yields possible
- Shows initiative and takes action with an appropriate level of independence

**Job Requirements**
- University degree in business or MBA preferred or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in revenue generating positions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work extended hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
