**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and sanitizing equipment
- Support the food handling process by organizing ingredients and supplies
- Help with serving food to guests or customers as needed
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Support the team during busy hours by performing various kitchen-related tasks to ensure efficiency and safety

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks
