We are currently looking for **COOKS**to join our dynamic team at **ITALIAN KITCHEN**on Burrard Street. OLD WORLD CHARM. NEW WORLD VIBE. Simple ingredients creating the ultimate in fresh and classic Italian dishes. Take The Art of Sharing to a new level with us.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- FOODSAFE certification is an asset
- Experience as a line cook is an asset - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc
- Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
- Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Likes to work as part of a team
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

**TO WORK FOR US: **You **MUST** have valid proof of Social Insurance Number and be legal to work in Canada with proof as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Residence or Valid Work Permit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
