**To be a successful TEAM MEMBER, you’ll need to possess**:

- **Minimum** 6 months retail and/or restaurant experiences - customer services
- Enthusiasm to provide our guests with an exceptional experience
- Openness to get the job done in a dynamic team setting
- Demonstrates the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- YES Attitude.

**Job Responsibilities for TEAM MEMBER**:

- Greets all customers with a smile and friendly greeting
- Confidently answer all customer questions relating to our menu
- Assists with a variety of food prep related functions in the kitchen and counter as needed - need to be flexible on job duties.
- Receive and organize inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
- Serves customers at the front counter, operating cash register to enter orders
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed
- Comply with all health and safety standards and procedures, especially as they relate to equipment use and customer safety
- Keep the work and storage areas clean and safe at all times, and ensure the retail area stays spotless by keeping counters, display glass and equipment immaculate
- Other general cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, washroom cleaning, dishwashing, etc, as required
- Work as a team member lending support and assistance to fellow employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-32 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.55 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have glass barriers along the counters and provide masks to the staff if needed. We also have sanitization processes we follow to ensure safety of both customers and staffs.
