**Effective Communicator**:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Cash Handling Experience**:Previous experience handling cash and accepting payments via Visa and MasterCard.

**Customer-Centric**:Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.

**Detail-Oriented**:Demonstrated organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.

**Sales-Driven**:Ability to independently drive sales while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

**Problem Solver**:Proactive and resourceful thinker with a knack for solving challenges.

**Team Player**:Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and ability to work effectively within a team dynamic.

**Presentation Skills**:Capable of effectively conveying information to customers in one-on one or small group settings.

**Physical Requirements**:Able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and must be at least 19 years of age.

**Product Knowledge**:Familiarity with pod systems, Disposables, Atomizers, External and Internal Battery mods is a plus.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide informed guidance on electronic cigarette usage.

**Exceptional Service**:Create memorable experiences for customers by fostering genuine relationships and addressing their needs compliantly.

**Operational Excellence**:Adhere to all company standards and procedures, including education, merchandising, cleanliness, and security protocols.

**Age Verification**:Diligently check identification for customers who appear to be under 25 years of age.

**Insight Sharing**:Share valuable customer, product, and operational insights with the Store Manager to enhance business performance.

**Industry Awareness**:Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Payment Handling**:Process payments efficiently and accurately, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and debit transactions.

**Promotional Awareness**:Create awareness of promotional programs and sales to drive customer engagement and sales.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
