**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely to designated locations.
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, including breakdowns and accidents.
- Assess the condition of vehicles and determine the appropriate towing method.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
- Perform basic mechanical checks and minor repairs on vehicles when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of services rendered, including documentation of vehicle conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles using forklifts when required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proven experience in customer service, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training can be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

Pay: $39,410.80-$95,802.06 per year
