**Shop Location - Delta BC V3M 6V5**

**Work Schedule - Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM**

**Summary**

The Service Associate is responsible for customer service, and work flow management similar to service writing, and administration in a shop environment.

**Essential Functions**
- Performs customer relationship activities to include customer interface, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Executes customer communication protocol as it pertains to PM Scheduling and follow-up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates
- Creates repair order tasks and updates work planning sheet
- Reviews maintenance reports to identify and schedule preventative maintenance, repair campaigns, and vehicles requiring follow-up
- Coordinates with rental counter to identify repair requirements, available substitute units and vehicle wash requirements
- Coordinates outside repair with vendors and customers
- Answers all incoming shop calls
- Is responsible for all clerical duties within the shop operation which include vehicle maintenance files
- Is responsible for processing all Accounts Payable and non-parts invoices

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- H.S. diploma/GED required - Post secondary education an asset.
- Two (2) years or more of customer relations or customer service with issues resolutions experience (internal or external) required

- Fortes aptitudes pour l’organisation, la gestion des priorités et les multitâches
- Habilité pour travailler dans un environnement au rythme soutenu

Responsabilités:

- Effectuer les activités de relations clients, incluant l'interface client, la résolution de problèmes, et la satisfaction du client
- Exécuter le protocole de communication à la clientèle en ce qui a trait à la planification et au suivi de la gestion des pièces, aux pannes et aux mises à jour de l'état des véhicules
- Créer les tâches des commandes de réparation et actualiser la feuille de planification de travail
- Vérifier les rapports d’entretien pour identifier et planifier l’entretien préventif, les campagnes de réparation, et identifier les véhicules nécessitant un suivi
- Coordonner avec le comptoir de location pour identifier les besoins de réparation, vérifier la disponibilité des unités de substitution et les exigences de lavage de véhicules
- Coordonner les réparations externes avec les fournisseurs et les clients
- Répondre à tous les appels entrant à l’atelier
- Responsable du traitement de tous les comptes payables - factures autres que des pièces
