Additional Requirements

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills;
Outstanding leadership skills, combined with respect for decision-making through consultation and consensus-building;
Ability to work with internal and external Department teams;
Honesty, integrity and a combination of education, experience, and achievements that will enhance the ability to communicate a vision and command respect within the college are essential;
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities;
The capacity to interact effectively with college wide stakeholders as well as unionized and non-unionized staff is essential;
Field(s) of Study

Project Management Professional Certification

Experience in Education Sector is preferred

Experience with large corporate software solutions - ERP, CRM, LMS, etc.

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Project Management

Six Sigma training would be an asset

Experience

Typical number of years of experience, in addition to the necessary education level, required to perform the responsibilities of the position
Minimum of five (5) years

Type of Experience

Five years of related, progressive work experience is required at the point of hire into this position.

Practical experience in managing large scale projects, with the ability to lead, manage and assist in the planning to successful implementation of these projects;
Strong supervisory/leadership skills to manage information technology and business process improvement projects, combined with well-developed problem solving, project management and coordination skills to plan concurrent activities.

Strong planning /organizational capability to determine needs, research requirements, analyse products, develop proposals, superior dependability at meeting deadlines, delivering quality service.

Experience in value stream or business process flow diagrams
