This job is located at our corporate offices conveniently located on Lagimodiere just south of Marion

YOUR JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work cooperatively to prepare samples for further analysis. Help troubleshoot problems, be a leader motivator and innovator.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

1. Get training on current and new instruments

2. Learn procedures on how to properly grind samples

3. Document and follow procedures based on our 17025 quality system

4. Learn to troubleshoot and participate in continuous improvement

5. Become a team leader

6. Travel for training

7. Networking and relationship building

9. Completes operational requirements by assisting in creating a positive work environment for all team members, maintaining a working relationship with all employees.

YOUR SKILLS
- No experience needed
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Incredible attention to detail
- Ideally has a knowledge of agriculture, science, food safety and animal nutrition
- Strong written and oral communication skills
