The Crosswalk Safety Ambassador (School Crossing) is responsible for assisting children and pedestrians crossing streets at designated times and locations in accordance with the laws and traffic control guidelines pertaining to school crossing areas and pedestrian safety.

Shifts are generally 90 minutes, nevertheless, you must be prepared for all weather conditions. We provide full uniform (Jackets) and full equipment (Stop sign, safety vest, and whistles).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist walking pedestrians across busy intersections ensuring alertness to the surroundings for the safety of all
- Display & use a school crossing stop sign to make sure it is visible to vehicular traffic approaching from all directions
- Standing for 90 minutes at a time
