Younghusband Resources Ltd, a social service agency in the community living sector, is looking to hire an kind, smart and skilled people to support people to live awesome lives.

We have full-time, part-time and casual opportunities available in our Coquitlam and Maple Ridge locations. The successful applicant will support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health with all aspects of daily living.

**Qualifications**:

- **_Kind. _**:

- First Aid and CPR, Clear Criminal Record Check and Medical Clearance
- Good written and verbal communication with English
- Experience in supporting people with intimate and personal care
- A good understanding of positive behavior support and communication
- Compliance with the current public health orders. Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory for all new hires.

Compensation includes competitive union rates and benefits.

Casual and some part-time employees earn an additional 10.6% on top of starting wage, in lieu of benefits
