Reporting to the Manager of Planning & Operations and serving as an integral member of the Mobile Klinik Planning and Operations team, the Planning and
Operations Specialist will be key in supporting the planning, implementation and execution of various ongoing initiatives and partnerships. You will work closely with the Planning & Ops team and will also liaise with various other departments across the organization to support the coordination of projects including Retail
Operations, Marketing, Accounting/Finance, Training/Field Support, and Supply
Chain.

The Planning & Operations Specialist will be responsible for working collaboratively to support the execution of various projects and ongoing partner relationships. You will be involved in new initiative communication intake & funnel management to the store front lines. You will also be responsible for developing weekly/monthly operations reports and dashboards to be shared with the retail operations team and executives on a regular basis. This is an outstanding opportunity for a new graduate with project planning and/or business or operations experience and education.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Planning & Operations team in the project planning & implementation of new and existing business opportunities and partnerships.
- Work with various internal stakeholders to drive effective communications intake and funnel management to store front lines.
- Assist in launch of new vendor platforms as required.
- Work cross functionally within head office team to drive effective rollout of new initiatives.
- Own and deliver on key weekly/monthly business reporting and analysis across multiple departments.
- Provide store level performance results to assist in coordination of bonus payouts.
- Utilize Mobile Klinik Business Intelligence system to generate and analyze ad-hoc reports in support of ongoing initiatives and executive requests.
- Build and review partner specific KPI reports and analyses to support Planning &
Ops team.
- Maintain the Mobile Klinik POS catalog for partner specific programs as needed.
- Other duties as required, including ad hoc reporting and special projects

**CHARACTERISTICS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Experience in / existing knowledge of key business concepts
- Project management and planning experience
- Strong prioritization skills; proven ability to be successful in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Advanced communication skills, experience drafting / editing communications
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage collaboratively across functions and levels within the organization
- Ability to wear multiple hats and assist the team as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Outlook and similar platforms

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or other equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a business, planning or project management capacity.
- Prior experience in Telecommunications would be considered an asset.
