The Claims Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of claims staff nationally. This includes the analysis of claims information and related business systems requirements and aiding in the resolution of process and system related issues.

This will also include Identify and analyze problems/issues for the claims department, and test solutions and business modeling for increased efficiency.

**You’re great at**:

- Understanding Claims process
- Analyzing and interpreting data

**You have**:

- Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the property and casualty industry.
- Actively pursuing CIP designation
- Knowledge of claims systems (CPLUS. VIP, ClaimsDesk, OASIS, TED)
- Strong knowledge of insurance trends, developments, current standards, philosophies, and federal and provincial/local laws and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
