**To succeed in this role, you will**:

- Lead the efficient delivery of highway maintenance services in the Central Region, overseeing large-scale maintenance contractors
- Provide expertise on contract matters and ensure consistent contract management
- Offer advice and support on various managerial, technical, and contractual aspects related to maintenance contracts
- Address complex contract administration issues, including interpretation, performance, and disputes
- Undertake special assignments or studies on service delivery methods and organizational matters
- Review contract standards and implement new technologies related to maintenance

**Meet Your New Team**

The** Operations Division** leads ministry transportation activities by developing operational policies, delivering user-focused services, and managing transportation assets and infrastructure. We oversee regional corridors, emergency management, and highway maintenance and operations. The division also plays a key role in building and managing transportation-related partnerships and advocating for regional priorities across the province.
