We are looking for a Dishwasher & Kitchen Helper in the Kitchen to join this team that has been with us for several years. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to get started in the culinary industry. Individual with experience is preferred however we will consider freshers as well who have the will and passion to learn and grow.

Self-motivated, Good organizational skills, strong line cooking, and good people skills are a must.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- An organized and efficient team player with a strong work ethic
- Passionate about culinary arts with a focus on an exceptional guest experience
- Eager to learn kitchen prep work in a busy kitchen
- Eager to learn about food safety to ensure the highest standards are executed
- Dishwashing, organising and completing inventory checks
- Perform delegated tasks from Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and/or General Manager.
- Day-to-day food preparation of the restaurant according to standards.
- Prepares vegetables, fruit, meat, and seafood with great technique and follows safe food handling procedures at all times.
- Maintaining clean and organized stations at all times, without exception.
- Assisting in food inventory and control; restocking any low items during shift.
- Cleaning food prep areas, equipment, and utensils and strictly adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Assisting in properly receiving and storing delivered items.
- Performing all opening and closing assignments as instructed.
- Working collaboratively with the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
