**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. **Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist in serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with serving food and beverages is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed
