Night Baker

Are you an aspiring artist willing to learn a new trade in a hip and fast moving artisan bakery?

French 50 Bakery is open Wednesday through Sunday located at 10 Elma Street W Okotoks. We are family owned and have a goal to make bread better for people who've never experienced naturally made old school baked goods. We provide artisan loaves and pastries to our clientele.

Requirements/Tasks:Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

Work is conducted in French or English

Bake mixed dough and batters

Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Operate machinery

Food preparation

Physically fit and able to move heavy equipment, loads and supplies

Capable of independent work under pressure

Able to work quickly while maintaining a strong focus on quality, attention to detail

Reliable

Passion for food and products with integrity

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
