Integration Coach

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Providecreative and wide range of personalized support to Neurodiverse clients seeking employment
- Assist with job search, job readiness and on the job integration and advocacy
- Case management and reporting
- Research and liaise with community programs and resources to support client’s success

**Qualifications and Education Requests**

3-5 years experience in job development and case management in related or intersecting fields

Experience working with Neurodiverse people and/or lived experience with Neurodiversity is preferred

2 years post-secondary education in a related field, new graduates welcome

Recently screened to work with vulnerable sectors or willingness to obtain screen

**Preferred Skills**

Job development, career counselling and coaching for retention

Researching and knowledge of current resources and social programs to build on client’s skills.

Able to communicate professionally with client and liaise with employers and human resources teams
Basic technology and presentation skills

**Additional Notes**

Full and Part Time contracts available
Servant Leadership Style - diplomacy and professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
