Are you someone energetic and willing to travel long distances? We are looking for a professional, motivated, dedicated and safety-oriented **Class 1 Truck Driver** with great customer service to join our Equipment team in Nisku and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Equipment Transportation Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible to haul gravel, asphalt and equipment to various job sites.

**What is the role?**
- Hauling equipment and materials (gravel, asphalt, etc.).
- Perform preventive maintenance including brake adjustments.
- Carry out minor maintenance and inspection for equipment and report deficiencies.
- Operate assigned unit in a safe and effective manner, carry out assigned duties.
- Load, transport and unload goods and materials according to known transportation best practices and as per legislative guidelines.
- Ensure vehicles and axle weights meet regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What do we value?**
- Must have Class 1 Driver's License with Air Brakes Endorsement.
- Must have 2-3 years Class 1 driving experience.
- Experience Hauling Heavy Equipment is an asset. Training will be provided.
- Be Technology Savvy. Previous experience with ELD is an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong customer service focus.
- Able to work within Provincial and Federal rules as required with scheduled days off.
- Pass NSC Drivers Evaluation test.
