Assistant Coach

This is for volunteer tackle football position. Are you interested in building your resume as a coach? Want to coach in a positive environment where you can develop your coaching skills and learn? This is a great opportunity for you

**Duties**:

- Teach the rules and regulations of the game to ensure fair play (we provide rule sheet)
- Train players in a specific position area (OL, DL, LB, DB, REC)
- Help develop team culture and positive learning experience

**Skills**:

- Positional skill knowledge
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Effective communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and other officials
- Ability to remain calm and composed
- Good physical fitness to keep up with the pace of the game
- Fair and unbiased judgment to maintain integrity in officiating

As a volunteer coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting a positive experience for players. You will help teach basic skillsets, rules, and reinforce skills such as accountability, commitment and dedication. This is not a paid position.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $1.00 per year
