**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Welding Department Manager, the Sandblast must grind welds, meet quality requirements, and assist in other departments as required.
Role and responsabilities
- Grind (sand) the welds to ensure that the products meet the specified customer’s finished requirements
- Follow the procedures established according to our digital work instructions (VKS)
- Depending on operational needs, you might also be required to work in various departments such as pemsert, assembly, masking, and the paint line.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:

- High school diploma, equivalency, or work experience
- Bilingualism (Asset)
- Manual dexterity
- Adapt easily to various situations
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of the VKS System (Asset)
