Front counter Customer Service
- CCWG Livestock Supplies - 145 Broxburn Blvd, Lethbridge County, AB T1J 4P4_
Pay: $22.00/hour

**Job Type**: Part-time (30 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Closed Sundays)
Start Date: As soon as possible

About the Role:
We’re looking for a mature, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team This is a front sales counter/retail floor position in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. (This is not a desk job.) You possess exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, are friendly and approachable, and can process sales with speed and accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer service
- Answering phones, processing telephone, online and in-person orders
- Packaging customer orders for mail and courier services with a strong focus on speed and accuracy
- Accurate operation of POS systems, balancing daily cash-outs
- Supporting inventory, shipping/receiving, and in-store operations

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome experienced and friendly professionals with the following qualifications:
Strong work ethic, and positive, can-do attitude
Excellent reading, spelling, verbal and written communication skills
Experience with front sales counter customer service roles
Punctual, reliable, and well-organized
Comfortable with front counter computerized sales systems
Willing to learn Spire sales & inventory software (training provided)
Able to lift or maneuver up to 50 lbs
Willing to obtain forklift (propane) certification
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Bonus: Agricultural or livestock experience is a strong asset

Availability:

- Available Monday to Friday with flexible hours.
- Saturdays: Available 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, _except on long weekends_.
- Seeking part time: 30 hours per week
