**Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders as needed, providing excellent food service alongside beverage offerings.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, preferably as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing is preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as required by local laws and regulations.

**Experience**:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
