Paramount Transportation Systems is in search of friendly, motivated and able-bodied professionals to join our team of International Movers. We are currently looking to expand and have multiple openings available for movers, drivers and warehouse staff. Experience is an asset but not necessary as full training will be provided.

You will be our front line workers You will be customer facing, delivering exceptional customer service while onsite and must always operate in a professional, courteous and patient manner. We expect all employees to adhere to our company policies and sign our code of conduct.

**Duties and Job Responsibilities**:

- International pack/wrap/load customers household items and goods with care according to company policies and techniques.
- Deliver customers household items from the warehouse/truck/container into their residence.
- Lifting boxes and furniture in and out of homes so you must be able to lift up to 80 pounds for extended periods.
- Drivers will be supplied a company truck, 18’ to 26” in length.
- Communicate with customer throughout move and provide solutions to any customer issues
- The crew leader will respond to client questions, concerns and requests.
- Maintain knowledge of company services and products

**Requirements**:

- Must be an excellent team player and be able to communicate to teammates.
- Must be able to handle stressful situations in a calm manner.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to continuously stand, lift/move heavy items (80 pounds or more), and use dexterity throughout the day.
- Drivers: Must have an Ontario G class Driver's License, with a clean drivers abstract and at least 2 years of commercial vehicle driving experience (we will obtain this information at no cost to you)
- Previous moving experience including moving furniture and related items.
- Ability to work daytime, evening, and weekends as required **Shifts are based off of move requirements**
- Able to communicate professionally in English (Written and Verbal).
- High school diploma preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
