**Overview**

The Cabinet Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or design plans to determine cabinet layout and installation procedures
- Safely load, transport, and unload cabinetry and related materials to job sites
- Install custom and prefabricated cabinets, closets, and built-ins in residential and commercial settings
- Ensure precise measurements and level placement for all installations
- Use hand and power tools to securely assemble and anchor cabinets
- Make on-site adjustments for a perfect fit, including cutting or trimming materials as needed
- Repair or replace damaged or defective cabinetry components
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during and after installation
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and comply with all safety standards and building codes
- Complete service calls as assigned

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot installation issues as they arise.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing project requirements.
