**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to execute installation tasks accurately.
- Perform installation tasks including but not limited to digging, concrete forming, and measuring.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various construction projects.
- Restore and repair existing installations as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct construction estimating to assess project requirements and materials needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading to understand project specifications.
- Strong skills in measurements, carpentry, concrete, and other construction-related tasks.
- Experience with digging techniques and concrete forming processes.
- Familiarity with Hand tools and machinery uses and safety.
- Ability to operate various power tools safely and efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8-12 months

Pay: $18.00-$42.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
