**What You'll Do**:

- Work on Data management initiatives to improve quality, accuracy and coverage for CMDB
- Work on ServiceNow and PowerBI to create impactful dashboards for business executives
- Collate and relate assets discovered for various sources.
- Support with crafting training material and job aids and deliver training to IT and Business partners.
- Liaise with key customers across the organization to identify and document process improvement opportunities.
- Understand and interpret sophisticated information, identify patterns and trends, and provide recommendations with mínimal direction.
- Coordinate project activities, manage project schedules, capture status updates, and coordinate follow-up as vital to support project deliverables.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Possess a solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM and ServiceNow ITAM.
- Have experience in designing and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to provide solutions for CMDB and ITAM improvements.
