The right person will be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects and priorities at once.

**Responsibilities**:

- Content Direction: Lead and guide the animation team in line with the creative director and the creative intent.
- Ensure that the content works well across the immersive projection mapped canvases, in collaboration with the technical team.
- Setting up and managing a hybrid-animation pipeline that utilises the appropriate softwares for different elements of the project.
- Participate in concept and visual development during pre-production periods to define styleframes, concept art and character developments
- Project Planning: Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for the animation team.
- Supervision (Production): Ensure quality and creativity during production.
- Work with the technical team to quality control all files and deliverables.
- Participate in client review calls, presentations and project management calls with the Senior Producer and Project Director in order to present work in progress and submittal updates throughout the production
- Disseminate client and stakeholder feedback to the animation team in a succinct manner
- Willingness to work across multiple time zones - mainly the Ottawa (Canada) and UK
- Willingness for travel and weekend work as required (TOIL in place).
- Assist with material needed for pitches and client meetings on other projects as required.

**Essential Experience**:

- 5+ Years experience in animation and/or art direction.
- Preferably experience within the immersive creative industries and/or creating content for experiential activations.
- Experience with interactive media and content experiences
- Experience working cross-departmentally with interactive and technical teams.
- Experience in client management and relationship building on a high level.
- Experience in team leadership and management

**Key Qualities**:

- Familiarity with 2D, 2.5D, 3D, and AI animation techniques.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Creative vision and effective collaboration abilities.
- London-based with the ability to work closely with in-house teams and partner studios.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy on all project work
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Enjoying being a part of a team, and collaborate with multiple disciplines

**Bonus Experience**:

- Ftrack, Frame.IO, Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in creating work for different territories is a plus.
