Yochi Cups was established in 2020, mainly selling Japanese tableware, kitchen utensils, and organizing ceramic exhibitions with various ceramic artists from Japan, Jingde China, and more. Job Description: Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Good understanding of retail math, including calculating discounts, profit margins, and sales percentages
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
